I built Virtual Cathy because, in my business consulting days, it was so difficult watching capable, successful leaders burn themselves out doing work they were never meant to carry alone.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked alongside executive leaders, small-business owners, healthcare practitioners, and nonprofit executive directors, the people holding everything together while quietly running out of time, energy, and margin. I saw firsthand how often administrative work became the bottleneck to growth, clarity, and sustainability… and how rarely leaders felt allowed to ask for help.
Virtual Cathy was created to change that.
We don’t believe in task dumping, quick fixes, or one-size-fits-all support. We believe in intentional delegation, thoughtful systems, and pairing leaders with skilled virtual assistants who understand the why behind the work -- not just the to-do list. Support should create leverage, not more management headaches.
Today, I lead a U.S.-based team of exceptional virtual assistants who partner with organizations to streamline operations, strengthen internal systems, and give leaders their time back so they can focus on growth, impact, and the work that actually requires them.
My passion for delegation doesn’t stop at services. Through my delegation training and education, I teach leaders how to delegate well, lead confidently, and build support structures that last, because getting help isn’t a luxury. It’s a leadership decision.
